I hate to be the one to remind you of this, but school is right around the corner. It is insane how quickly time flies by when you really do not have much to do. The break has been nice from papers, quizzes, readings, and group projects (my least favorite), but I am more than ready to get back into the swing of things. Unfortunately, my schedule differs by day depending on if I have class and that little thing called work so I do not have a set morning routine that I find myself doing at the same time every day.
For the first time in a long time I did not make one resolution for myself this year. I know that one thing that I really want to get better about doing is making breakfast every morning. I don't mean throwing a bagel in the toaster, I mean a real breakfast. It is one of the main things I have loved about this break (weird I know). I have also actually gotten quite good at preparing omelettes. I seemed to have master the "flip." I like that my biggest dilemma at this time of the day is whether I am going to have coffee or tea.
Does anyone else make a real breakfast every morning? What do you have? Do you prefer coffee or tea?

Smoothies! Fruit, juice, yogurt, maybe some protein if its handy....all to-go! And, definitely coffee.
