Bid Day is my absolute favorite day of the year next to my birthday! I love it! It is the end of recruitment, but it is also so exciting. Everyone is looking forward to seeing their bid list or opening their bid cards. While this is all happening though, you have New Member Educators implementing the first impression a new member has on her new home. I am not here to say that Bid Day is all about the decorations by any means, but you also don't want your new members to look back on their Bid Day and feel like they missed out.
