No, seriously, they need your help!
Remember when you went through recruitment and how you wished that you would have known what to do? Well I'm not asking you to divulge all of your secrets, but if your best friend was going through recruitment what would you tell her?
Use the hashtag #helpthepnms to send your pictures from past recruitments (including what you wore), your crazy stories, and any advice you think PNMs need to know!
This info is so helpful to PNMs because they go into recruitment terrified... remember? As a result, we might miss out on gaining an amazing member. It is our duty to help educate these young women on how to get the most out of the process from the people who know it the best - us!
Right before recruitments begin in August, a guide will be released to help PNMs navigate all of the ins and outs for the process. Of course, it will be available all throughout the 2013-14 school year for those deferred recruitments, too!

This is an oooold post but I still think there are some good tips in there. I can't say enough how I do truly believe that everyone has a place in the greek system if she wants one!
